For those of you who seek change ,growth etc

For those of you who seek change ,growth  etc in my humble opinion no matter what you are dealing with or facing etc for any effective progress ,resolution ,change,growth etc to take place the following has to be considered:

1.You have to want it,to truly want the resolution,growth,progress ,change etc no matter how daunting it may or may not seem

2.You have to believe that you ,your family ,your goals,relevant relationships etc are worth the effort

3.If you or someone etc has been behaving thinking,acting reacting,feeling etc a certain way for many years the total needed change etc will generally not come overnight.
In some instances depending on the person , issue etc it could happen overnight but generally it takes time and that time taken is commensurate with the effort you are willing to put in.

4.In attempting to change your life in whatever way you may falter and thats okay as long as you dont stay down

5.Giving up is not option ,so many let go before the finish line and that will not be you

6.Dont come looking for magic,the magic will come with your effort ,willingness ,keeping your mind open ,maintaining what you achieve ,follow up etc.

7.Be willing to keep an open mind,consider new options,possibilities etc

8.Noone can make, the changes needed,progress,succeed etc for you,but you. Coaches can suggest,ask questions ,guide etc, you have to adopt,inculcate ,implement etc but you wont do it alone

9.G-D is with you every step of the way,no matter your level of religious observation or lack there of. Letting G-D in can at times help you by quantum leaps or just to know despite what you are going through you are never alone ,always loved
