One of the most game changing rituals/commandments (mitzvot) we have in Torah is the, at least ,100 blessings we have to make daily and why?
Well there are many reasons that touch all the worlds but consider this:

When you are about to eat and you stop just beforehand and say a blessing on your apple etc you immediately recognize, acknowledge and condition yourself to the awesome reality that you are part of something so much greater than yourself and that means your own power is not limited to you but connected to the eternal awesomeness that is G-D cascading into every area of your life.
Its means that no matter how mundane you think your life is , no matter how blind you have thus far been to seeing the extraordinary in the ordinary ..you have many chances every day to wake to the best version of you as from street sweeper to prophet you matter and impact the world in all that you do..so power up with these beautiful opportunities to access your best ,true ,successful ,Divine eternally, fulfilling and great life which in itself is a blessing
