I want to start to show you how much power and impact G-D has given you
I call it the"transformer effect"
Todays exercise is directed at those of you who are honest enough to admit that you are blamaholics
1.For the next week commit no matter what not to blame anyone for anything at all even if they blame you with a special focus on those whom you normally blame.
Find another constructive way without blame or accusation to get your point across in a positive manner.
2.Repeat this affirmation as many times as you can throughout the day,write it down on a piece of paper and keep it in front of you
"Blaming someone gives the responsibility to others to change and if they dont I remain stuck.I will take responsibility for myself ,no matter the issue ,make the positive changes I need that will help me move forward because my life is too important to me"
For one week go to the other extreme and do not blame or accuse at all.
Take 7 pieces of paper or a small pad and document any changes positive or negative that occur as a result of this extreme change and their impact on your part in your relationships and in general each day
The exercise is worth the effort you are worth the effort,but you must own this exercise take responsibility for it and make the best of it,give it your all and lets see what transpires
