Pirkei Avot says"Who is wise,He who learns from everyone"We can learn something from everyone,so being that Jews do not believe in coincidence everyone you meet and or interact with has at least something that you can learn from them so they are extremely important to you,to your growth as you are to theirs.we just need to be humble enough to receive & discerning enough to know what is beneficial
