1.Treat the ongoing bad thoughts as a movie,which you are under NO obligation to watch,let it play out no matter how terrible ,realize its a movie,which has to finish sometime .


2. Dont get defensive ,go on the offensive , rebut the bad thoughts and dismiss them

3.The only way your bad thoughts will control you is if you let them.The only power they have is the power you give them

4.Focus on something positive ,Prepare an arsenal of easily accessible good ,positive, happy ,motivating thoughts

5.Repeat a customized self empowerment injector relating to the bad thoughts : for example
I am letting you go
No thought will control me
No thought will dictate to me
Give it your best shot my light outshines your darkness
Thoughts are not reality
If you think you will throw me off my game you are insane

6. Bad thoughts dont make you a bad person,nurturing them,feeding them , leads to bad choices

7.Pay keen attention to your self talk,especially in challenging situations, for self talk breeds thoughts,you though can decide which ones they will be
Do you put yourself down?
Do you stress out?
Are you generally negative?
Do you catastrophize?

8.Bring G-D into your self talk and give authority over to G-D and when you do so wholeheartedly with G-D in charge your bad thoughts dont stand a chance

9.Get into the habit of applying the above,put the effort in, dont let up and eventually you will reap the benefits
