Thank you,  two of the most powerful life changing positive words that G-D has given us the ability to utter

When you say Thank you to a person you:

Empower them

Give validation

 Acknowledgement

Encouragement

show appreciation

spread goodwill

boost their self esteem,self worth

give strength to continue through challenges

make them smile

help them feel loved ,cared for important

at times even save a life

the list goes on ad infinitum

Here's a twist :When you say thank you ,you allow yourself to be transformed , live a happier ,more fulfilled,more qualitative life and at the same time become a conduit of G-d's bountiful blessing to others

Some when they see some issue or wrong will say" Something needs to be done about that".

People Who have a Redemption Mindset will go ahead and do something about it, do their best and even if they do not succeed they understand that a world without positive intentional action is a world that will regress and not recognize the need to progress.

Live Gratefully ,Live Significantly,Live Resiliently, Live Authentically

You can always take it higher you have G-D within you

The more Hashem is in the your relationships the more you will drop the stereotypes dictated by society and you will be open to possibilities that will unlimit you and enable you to break through barriers ,never locked in to what " has to be " thus opening your relationship up to all it can positively be.

Look for the inspiration in people, that which uplifts you and then you will find yourself surrounded by people that inspire and uplift you,who allow you to expand. You cannot put your hand into a bucket of glue without some of it sticking and likewise you cannot interact with inspired people without some of their stardust rubbing off on you and so seeing the good, the great,the wonderfu etc in others will bring that out in you too.

Those who wish to grow will always have something of value to show

A dark threatening cloud full of water lightens its load with the release of rain some and at times much benefit is gained and new life is nurtured with the new rains.

So should we realize that that any load or burden we bear that darkens our lives should be carefully ,constructively and positively released so that we and others gain life and not resentment, find growth and not regression..feel lighter inside so that we may soar higher despite any circumstances

You cannot achieve if you dont believe, without discipline goals remain fantasy, without effort life is barely survival instead of the exciting daily discovery of the unique greatness within you(your chelek Eloka MEma'al) , the miracles and blessings that fill you and the world around you transforming the comfort zone impossibilities to catapult zone possibilities propelling you constantly higher

When you meet a person where they are and are fully present there you might just find that they feel validated and respected enough to make the journey to eventually meet you where they could be..........With an honest connect you inspire higher respect.

The Succah, the temporary abode highlights on the deepest levels the need to be aware and realize what is fleeting in life and what stays with you ,what ensues, what is worth investing in,what is eternal.

We get addicted to distraction and then wake up , if at all ,decades later realizing that we wasted so much time in misguided focus and feel the emptiness of potential left untapped, miracles missed , blessings not appreciated

The Succah reminds us where we should learn to focus our energy for where focus goes energy flows and our energy is too valuable to invest in illusions

A day spent in gratitude is a day spent knowing that you never have the right to "lose it"..because noone takes it away unless you empower them to do so

Its never what you do when you are in the mood or feel like it that makes the difference ..it is what you do on a daily basis-consistency is the fertile ground of true greatness and impact

A day spent in gratitude is a day spent in appreciation without the distraction of expectation

A day spent in gratitude is a day spent getting an inkling of the magnanimity in G-D's latitude

A day spent in gratitude is a day spent revitalizing your fortitude

A day spent in gratitude is a day spent bringing heaven into your atittude

The animal runs loose when the angel forgets that he/she is an angel.Let your angel fly and then even your animal will have a higher purpose

Dont judge a persons story by the way you choose to interpret the chapter you find them in

May it never happen,may we all be blessed with good health but if one has to take a loved one to the emergency room because of a potentially life threatening occurrence , situation ,condition etc it is amazing how quickly the fluff falls away and we focus on what is really important, all the other nonsense dissipates as the negative ego based illusions they always were.Suddenly we have the strength to conquer our fears and deal with what and who we have to to help our loved one

WHY WAIT FOR THE WAKE CALL?

Let go of the nonsense ,hug the godliness in everyone and everything and dont let go of what is really important in life.Your fears are as real as you choose them to be,whatever you choose not to engage, not to embrace ,not to empower ,not to energize will have no power over you

You just have to work at it understanding that you are worth fighting for

Live Resiliently ..Live Significantly....Live in your Discomfort Zone then you will you not need the wake up call as complacency is a curse word

You can always take it higher you have G-D within you

Let things go, your life is too valuable to carry unnecessary baggage and balance heavy chips on your shoulders..let things go.... G-D can handle them.

You do not ever need to seek approval from anyone..G-D already approved ,you have been given life....so wherever you are you can rise up and with the all powerful force of Teshuva ,you can start realigning your words ,thoughts and deeds with your greatness that has already been validated and approved

Is it not awesome that it is G-D who is judging us?

You can always take it higher you have G-D within you

What does Teshuva mean?...it does not mean to repent..it is from the word to return, to return to G-D .to the Source, repenting is part of that
What that also means is that being that we are not G-D..but have to strive to return to G-D and that it is an ongoing process.
We will never be G-D so that means we can never stop taking it higher, improving ,growing etc, there is no limit to how much we can achieve and how high we can go.
There is no time , no moment that we can say..we have returned to G-D , to the Source...that would be to claim that we( G-D forbid) are G-D
So Teshuva is momentum ,it should be propelling us forward all year long, Teshuva is feeling ,knowing that noone else can do, noone can return for me, its the most alive feeling anyone can truly have.
Stagnation ,inaction are foreign concepts as pieces of the Master we are propelled forward by the power of Teshuva and no matter if we are cleaning the streets ,washing dishes ,busing tables or running companies and countries only we can live the unique Masterpiece that is our lives

Many say "fake it until you make it".. Rabbi David Aaron in one of his videos in my opinion got it right when he said "fake it until you awake it".
All you need to be the constantly greatest ,higher version of you , you have ,so if you dont feel it, live it..experience it,you have to awaken it because its all there within waiting for you ,a gift from G-D since before you were born

When you feel you are about to break but you hold on because you know you are worth the effort you get a bitachon boost and an emunah lift that keeps you going until the next time you need it

When you learn to thank Hashem for every thing in specific detail..that should take your whole day but more importantly you will never feel alone for gratitude shows there is someone who has shown some love ,some care etc towards you and when that "someone" is Hashem ..there is no greater validation than that

Be open and willing to allow miracles into your thoughts..let them endure then they will ripple into your words, perspectives ,considerations etcand then the cataracts will slowly be removed you will see them as clearly as the Reality they always were and are

Some people stare at a painting and see paint thrown on a canvas others see sublime awesomely expressive art
The Map is not the Territory .. Reality is agreement for the moment there is disagreement you have a proliferation of context, assumption ,inclination,,bias,interpretations,perspectives,meanings, impressions, attitudes etc going in all different directions and reality becomes arbitrary and subjective
To find true Reality one has to transcend that which is subject to change and connect to that which is not, that which always was is and will be , that which cannot be swayed ,surrender to it, connect and find the focus and direction to true individual and collective fulfillment ..You dont lose your uniqueness or individuality...you get to see and feel the beauty of difference , creativity etc
It is the Source , the base , the Reality that you connect to that determines what you find ,learn etc and who you become.....the drop is still the drop but in the ocean it is connected to the ocean and feels the power and potentail of the ocean----- That unchanging ,life giving ,empowering Reality is G-D

Surrender to the victory of being you,you are a victory , a unique creation of G-D..whatever you have been through you are a victory ..hold on to that and you will conquer ..rise and take it higher

Silence will allow you to get out of your own way, transcend and let go of weighty anchors , tap into the flow of life and meet people that you have known your whole life maybe for the first time

Great people understand how big the little things in life are

Act as if whatever you say ,do and think has the potential to change the world positively whether you clean the streets or run a multinational conglomerate because its never really what you do(within halachic boundaries) but how you do it.
Only G-D knows the endless ripple of effect of all your words ,thoughts and deeds , trust "HIM" and change the World ..Now

Despair will never have a way in when you look for reasons to be grateful and counting your blessings will keep you faithful.Give G-D your heart and then when you think you see a ledge you will wake up and find that you actually have an edge

The small stone of victory
Goliath, a giant of a man ,stood all those years ago not far from where I live in the Valley of Ella and many chose to fear him.Then out came a small shepherd boy ,David,who beheld this Giant totally armed with only his forehead exposed.

David took his sling and stone and with the Divine Power of Emunah and Trust it hit Goliath on his forehead killing him.

So when all seemed lost, people giving into despair,considering "new deals" etc.Along came a young man of Faith ,a Powerhouse of Trust and Emunah who knew where true Eternal might lay,stood fast and did all that he could do and G-d gave him the small stone of victory that will always be available to us individually and nationally giving us our best chance in any situation and against any odds
BUT
We have to believe and trust with all that we have no matter the odds
So be open to it, keep your arm outstretched and be ready for your small stone of victory for whatever Goliath you may be facing

If who you are depends on what others say and do then you are nothing until others decide who or what you are.
Be authentically you, unconditionally you,your worth was given to you by G-D nothing and no one can change that...if you let them you will live a life of illusion that could have been lived differently ,higher, better ,significantly

If to err is human and to forgive is Divine

Then to bear a grudge is human to let go is Divine

To be vindictive is human to move on is Divine

To be biased towards ones friends etc is human to be fair is Divine

To look out for number one is human to be selfless and giving Divine

To find reasons to hate is human to look for reasons to love is Divine

To take things for granted is human to be grateful is Divine

To put the blame on others is human to take responsibility is Divine

To complain and make excuses is human to take meaningful action is Divine
and it goes on

Everyone has their perspective and context but if the merrygoround of hate,grudges ,vindictiveness,selfishness,blame, excuses never stops the world will carry on as it .

When your soul is truly boss you break this cycle of lower humanity that lets the animal inside run wild, you start restraining the animal letting the angel spread it its wings and you shatter your limits connect to your higher self always taking it higher living significantly and being one of those whether you clean the streets or run a country who make the world a better place

Do you have a loving family, who is in general healthy and do you have the benefit for spending a lot of time together ,growing together creating beautiful memories?

But you are not doing too well financially , your job is not the greatest and you don't feel like a success ..

Redefine what success is for you right now like for example "a loving family, who is in general is healthy with the benefit for spending a lot of time together ,growing together creating beautiful memories"
And you are an instant success story .... infusing your thoughts and every area of your life with this attitude and feeling you will live a happier life and might just find that part of the ripple effect of your new definition is that you find a new, better and more fulfilling job as well

Like dancing if everything is in working order

Like bursting with song at the possibility of another day with your loved ones

Empowered by the endless possibilities and potential G-D has packed into the new day

The Wow in the now at all the mind blowing miracles and blessings all around you

Well there are very extreme situations  and circumstances which take a lot out of anyone to find the strength find something positive etc.

However in general if your answer is no to the above then might I suggest that you make it a priority to learn how to live significantly and no matter your circumstances or job

You will turn heads ,the angels will declare that he /she is the light that the world needs to see clearly for they have taken what they have no matter their age or circumstance and poured everything they could into each moment letting the soul take the lead and elevating the world along with themselves... where it is plain to all that in the Masterpiece that is their lives the Master truly shines through them, changing the world through the changes they make in themselves

LIVE SIGNIFICANTLY..YOU CAN ALWAYS TAKE IT HIGHER ...YOU HAVE G-D WITHIN YOU

Living Significantly leaves no time for grudges, for grudges bear the illusion of significance but debilitate you with their draining insignificance

Those who choose to live significantly live significant lives whether they are a street cleaner or a captain of industry etc

Living your life as part of something so much bigger than you ensures you will always make an impact , you will always leave your mark and you will never fade into insignificance because your are a part of something great.
A drop in the ocean is still a drop but now it is part of and draws on the power of the ocean

As part of the Reality that is G-D you will find ultimate meaning and impact for what you do ensues and endures ,nothing is insignificant for the Reality that is G-D is eternal and we do not lose our individuality but find our path, eventually, to our greatest potential, for there are no limits in the limitless

You can always take it higher... you have G-D within you

People sadly medicate themselves into mediocrity
Overlook themselves into obscurity
Drop themselves into despair as they think
"I don't count".

We are all enjoined to believe " Bishvili Nivra HaOlam".." the world was created for me" ..not from the perspective of arrogance and/or elitism but to understand that

The Creator and Maintainer of all that was is or ever will be is showing that you are noticed, you are important..in fact so important that the world you experience was designed specifically for you up to the tiniest detail and G-D is with you every second and never leaves you..that's how important ,significant and uniquely irreplaceable you are

The Majestic standing as a totally unique creation of G-D is also a tremendous responsibility ..whether you see it or not everything you say or do impacts the world, changes it....so work at always taking it higher..always be in motion..always be learning....always be doing the best you can at any given moment to show up as the best version of you at anyone time

Believe ,be Aware..Trust..in G-D and you will find the "Stamina for Success".....So you are not a name ..not just a name ..you are the World ..you are the game..so bring your A-game to each moment and reveal more of the beauty of the world that was created just for YOU

We are all narrators , we are constantly thinking, talking to ourselves consciously and subconsciously and it is this chatter that ripples into our bodies and every area of our lives
Change your narrative , change your story ..change your life

The Torah is likened to water, one reason I would like to suggest is to emphasize fluidity..with Torah,the manual to the eternal life,strengthening your connection to the only Reality that is G-D, you are never locked in, your definitions , your choices etc stay fluid so you can always grow, always move ..just like a river constantly flowing ...there is never a lock down on infinity, on the Ein Sof

So many use disillusionment as an excuse for abandon and an unbridled festival of " hellenistic chaos"

"they let me down"

they said they would not"

"I trusted them "....etc

You are worth so much more than to create illusions dependent on others or at all and to blame them for your reaction to their actions

Your worth is never on the market it is a gift from G-D unchangeable and unbreakable by others so shake the excuses off your wonderful gift,YOU, and start living your life and not letting your life live you-You can always take it higher... you have G-D within you

Here is another morning declaration to G-D

My name is____and I am an excusaholic ,YOU have gifted me with a new day and I resolve(bli neder) to desist from excuses that will distract me from pouring my best into this day , always taking it higher ,exuding gratitude for YOUR never ending blessings.

If at any moment you are bored then you have mislead yourself into believing you have reached perfection.Being that you will never be G-d means that you will never be perfect and thus always striving for perfection so you are never static always moving,growing always fully engaged in the gift that is your life .....never bored

You are too small to look down on anyone but big enough to see the good the great ,the godly, in everyone and everything

Gratitude is one of your keys to find a little Heaven on Earth

Dont dismiss that Heaven on Earth if it is but a moment..,cherish that moment build on it

1.If every second of life is a gift from the only Reality that is G-D then you are totally filled with love of G-D for the unconditional love G-D has shown you and being in conversation with G-D is a natural development

2.If every second of life is a gift from the only Reality that is G-D then you want to be in constant conversation with" who" can help you open that gift --G-D

3.If G-D is the only living Reality then that is the only conversation of lasting meaning that you truly ever have

4.If G-D is the only living Reality then being in constant conversation with G-D is being constantly connected to Reality

5.If G-D is the only living Reality then no matter the changes and challenges G-D is the only stability and being in constant conversation with G-D keeps us stable and on track through any storm

6.If G-D is everything then anything or anyone is nothing but connected to G-D we become something connected to everything and constant conversation with G-D keeps that something from going back to nothing

7..If G-D is the only living Reality then G-D is unlimited and anything and everything is possible being in constant conversation with G-D keeps the impossible .. possible

When you have to be in control the resultant apprehension of what if you lose control and /or the stress ,anxiety,pressure,worry etc when you dont have the control you think you have to have is precisely what takes away your control, for you feel compelled to do ,say,act ,react, in ways that will reclaim the control you think you should have had.

Give it all over to G-D, do what you have to do, do your best,pour your positive best into each moment knowing that whatever happens that counts too and you are building your army of angels leaving the rest to G-D and thus finding true and real control that with the gift of clarity frees you up from needless worry, anxiety ,pressure etc to live the life you were destined to live since before Creation no matter your situation

One of the greatest five pronged secrets to personal growth and self empowerment:
1.Be brutally honest with yourself in acknowledging ,admitting,your challenges weaknesses ,areas in need of improvement etc
2.Look for ,recognize ,celebrate,highlight ,build on your strengths
Humility is not being a doormat it is recognizing your strengths but knowing its all from G-D
3.Your personal growth and self empowerment comes from within and the resultant ripple effect will ensure that the rest follows suit-mind body connection
4.Put your best into every moment ...let G-D decide the rest
5.Never let up ,you can always take it higher..you have G-D within you.....the gift of your life is too important .

For people to get where they could be they first have to acknowledge where they are.Clarity is the result ,a direction takes form with knowledge as the norm for no longer are you torn just confident enough to weather any oncoming storm.

Small talk is great to connect to break the ice..but too much small talk leads to fake talk...our lives pack too much potential to keep it small no matter who we are....one honest kind word can bring sunshine to a dark day and start a ripple effect that could change someones world today

Throught the greatness of our positive differences will come the power of a sustainable unity when people tap into and become their true totally unique godly selves

If you have a reason to live then like it or not consciously or subconsciously you are grateful...whatever that reason is,even if it is warped

If you want something you are grateful for whatever you think it will give you warped or not

I could go on but it is clear gratitude is at the very fabric of life even at its most warped
So why not build on it ,transform it and then slowly your vision will clear up and you will see the miracles that always were and live the life , the meaningfully beautiful life that G-D has gifted you with since before creation

If G-D is the reality, the Divine space, in which you live then you have the freedom to live unconditionally for no man or woman will have dominion over you

You are free to live fully

You are free to love fully

You are free to express yourself fully

You are free to enjoy being your best self

You are free to soar beyond any limitation

No matter what or how others say or do things, for what you say or do is not dependent on them so it matters not how or what they say for you will be the best version of you that you can be ,continually taking it higher,with the requisite amount of aware ,self preservation etc.

Living unconditionally connects you to unlimited reality that is G-D and no one is going to trade unlimited potential and possibility in this world and the next for the petty distractions of negative ego and the temptation of fleeting gratification

You are too important....you impact the world in ways you cannot comprehend...noone can fill your shoes for they were made only for you

Live unconditionally without excuses ...every reality has its guidelines, rules etc and the ultimate reality that is G-D has a manual for us and that is the Torah.

Without rules no game can be played but you can play the game unconditionally to the best of your ability and grow from it no matter what any commentator has to say.

Every mindset has its language and every language( especially self talk) has its mindset.If you are in an angry mindset your words will follow suit but if you decide to change your language( especially self talk) to one of gratitude for example your mindset will follow suit

I think that one of the greatest problems today is that people do not appreciate how much they are truly worth.
We all have an inner desire conscious or not to take it higher, to do more ,become more, to matter , to be significant.
However due to lack of knowledge and appreciation of ones true worth , what a person means ,how unique they are ,the greatness they are capable of,how high they can truly go no matter their circumstances etc people just make the choices that reflect the illusory limits of what they think they are , what they are worth ,mean , what they hope for, feel they have for a future etc.
So lust, debauchery, greed, selfishness , aggression ,laziness, despair , depression etc take over because if not why not , a fleeting gratification is worth something..we will deal with the consequences whenever we have to..party today for tomorrow we die ( G-D forbid) or who cares about anything...what am I worth etc........................

I humbly suggest that whether you are religiously observant or not the only true way to connect to your true essential eternal worth is letting G-D in for when you truly appreciate and contemplate what it means that the Creator and Maintainer of all that was ,is or ever will be thought you were worth creating and totally unique ,that there never was nor will their ever be anyone quite like you ...ever.That yours is an eternal worth, a value , a significance that no person, no situation , nothing can change ever... because they never gave you your worth ,your value, G-D did

Your job is not just to acknowledge how infinitely valuable you are but to let it find expression in your words , thoughts, deeds,how you treat others ,react to others ,how you use every second of life etc

We just at times make choices and get into habits that numb our senses and we lose touch with our unbelievable worth and potential and we lull ourselves into illusions of distraction which we treat as reality......

You are too great to play small with such a huge gift from G-D ...the gift of your unique life....give G-D a gift and live in the best possible way you know how continually taking it higher to a better version of yourself.

You can always take it higher you have G-D within you

Being unemployed can be a time of spiritual rejuvenation where you clear up any spiritual cataracts preparing yourself for an even greater life and this change might just aid you in adjusting your lenses and looking for a job closer to what you really need
For me for example being unemployed....for the fourth time just brings the point home of the folly of arrogant complacency...things can change in a day...a ..moment...but with invigorated tranquility I undestand that G-D has the stopwatch and with gratitude for life and the multitude of miracles and blessings I in my standing as a totally unique creation of G-d will pour my best into each glorious resilient moment totally trusting G-d in the understanding that no matter what my higher good is in play.....

Do you breathe?
Do you have running water?
Do you have a roof over your head?
Do you have some food in your refrigerator right now?
Do you have a table in your Kitchen?
Do you have a bed to sleep on?
Do you have clothes?
I have barely touched a follicle on the surface

Proper Gratitude keeps you strong, keeps you motivated, shuts down the complaints and fuels action

The limits of your point of reference will determine the power of your decisions
.When G-D is your point of reference there are no limits only possibilities

Who do you feed?-the angel or the animal
There is nothing more empowering than conquering an urge that might have given you momentary satisfaction but would blacken your soul..you feel an unbeatable strength and power where you are not shackled to the dictates of your body but with a change of management your body now serves the soul restraining the animal and letting the angel angel soar.
However you may not fall asleep at the gate for the animal will not rest quietly in its restraints, it might at times hamper the angels flight so you have the responsibility of deciding who gets fed the angel or the animal for they are both nourished by your thoughts and actions..G-D has given you power to choose and control the quality

My energy is a gift from G-D, a resource.I will not waste it on despair but replenish and increase it with resilient hope

Some rich people are so poor because they are not open to the unbelievable riches that reside within.Some poor people are fantastically wealthy for they have discovered where the value of their true worth resides..within .

All the words you use with others in all states of mind are the vocabulary that fill your self talk in those states of mind as well
The mind body ripple effect of the words we say to ourselves can be building blocks of greatness, hope,,achievement and fulfillment or harbingers of resignation, despair,destruction and self imploding complacency

The words you speak to others and yourself show all and sundry the life you are choosing to live and the person you think you are at any one time
Your willingness to constantly Reevaluate, Rejuvenate, Refresh,Realign , Redeem will be your billboard showing the person you are striving to become and the life you are trying to live

Bring G-D into your self talk and you will constantly be upgrading the person you thought you could become and the life think you could live because you are not becoming anyone else but a constantly higher ,better version of you, a light that has been shining bright since before Creation

Many of the areas where others have fallen are as a result of beliefs and thoughts that have ensued for too long- for our deeds are nothing more than the active children of our beliefs and thoughts delivered by our choices

We have all had challenging thoughts ,beliefs and still do from time to time but some of us have managed to let them go relative quickly after their visit and pack them in a perspective that births important choices for positive change

So be understanding of those who fall... understanding does not excuse the fall but is rather the extended hand that could help a person up

The Polisher Mindset-

Those that get to know what needs to be polished

Those that learn to appreciate what they are polishing

Those that despite any dirt or marks know truly what is being polished

Those that despite any dirt or marks do not give up on polishing

Those that expect nothing in return ,just appreciate the knowledge and experience gained in polishing

Those that look past any dirt or marks but see what the polishing could achieve

Are those who in the end who produce the greatest shine , the purest shine , the clearest shine ..whose brilliance will not easily be dimmed and will shine bright when darkness beckons, privately , in society and nationally

You will give yourself and others a chance at meaningful and lasting joy that ensues despite that which might threaten to rip it asunder

If you are in the polisher mindset you go far past judging people but rather connecting and getting to know people who they truly are ,their strengths etc letting them connect to their true unique light within that has never stopped shining since before Creation

YOU ARE YOUR SOUL,
YOUR SOUL IS YOUR UNIQUE LIGHT..
YOU ARE A PART OF G-D.
.LEARN TO POLISH ALLOWING YOURSELF TO SHINE,

Imagine if we would focus on what people can do instead of what they cannot

Imagine if we would find beauty in everyone no matter how they look

Imagine if we would build people up instead of tearing them down

Imagine if we would listen ,think and decide without ego

Imagine if we would see the thorns as protecting the beauty of the rose

Imagine the freedom if we made our goodness unconditional

Imagine a world with people looking for the light instead of resigning themselves to darkness

Imagine if we would praise people for the little things so they go on to do big things

The list is endless but dont imagine ..do and then the new world starts with you

Empirical proof that holding on to grudges , not forgiving helps foster diseases and maintain them.The Torah has told us eons ago to let things go

Trust in G-d and forgiveness will come easier to you...forgiveness does not mean "that you let someone get away with it" but you are allowing yourself to move forward in healing ,health and positive growth...

Unforgiveness is classified in medical books as a disease. According to Dr. Steven Standiford, chief of surgery at the Cancer Treatment Centers of America, refusing to forgive makes people sick and keeps them that way.

With that in mind, forgiveness therapy is now being used to help treat diseases, such as cancer.

"It's important to treat emotional wounds or disorders because they really can hinder someone's reactions to the treatments, even someone's willingness to pursue treatment," Standiford explained.

Of all cancer patients, 61 percent have forgiveness issues, and of those, more than half are severe, according to research by Dr. Michael Barry...

"Harboring these negative emotions, this anger and hatred, creates a state of chronic anxiety," he said.

"Chronic anxiety very predictably produces excess adrenaline and cortisol, which deplete the production of natural killer cells, which is your body's foot soldier in the fight against cancer," he explained.

Trust is not the trait of the patsy but the daring of the bold for with trust you can live a full life without being held back ...by that life sucking "but".Trust does not mean ones eyes are closed to any darkness that may be but that you focus on the freedom of the light that is...and no darkness has the stamina against the soul freeing wholesome light that trusting totally in G-D reveals

Trust is the shield against fear ..for what matters the fear when you trust for you will do what needs to be done despite your fear
So Trust in G-D,believe in the your greatness, your strength within,G-D does ,and then you will see that eventually ,with your daily effort and when G-D deems the moment opportune you will let your fears go and feel the shift from AWKWARD TO AWESOME

You can always take it higher you have G-D within you

Go beyond society's programming then you will find your true self and let go of the minion clone that society has replicated you to be.Leave the herd , then you will hear your true voice and the funny thing is others will too

Acknowledgement is the spiritual/mental optic nerve....you might have sight but only when you acknowledge do you truly see

Dont wait to know that you are G-D forbid dying to fulfill your "bucket list".Your entire life should be your empowering, enriching, potential filling" bucket list" that takes your life out of the bucket into G-D's embrace and the best version of you

When you feel you cant change whats going on around you postively and meaningfully change how you view whats going on around you and you might just find that whats going on around you might just eventually change because of the ripple effect of your courageous change of view

The secret to success is not to focus on probability but possibility and with G-D the possibilities are endless

Issues of Temptation or .I.T.

We all face temptation at one level of intensity or another so..its never only you

Temptation for things etc that you know are not what you should give in to is a child of the dominion you have sub consciously or consciously given in a specific or number of areas in your life..to your higher self or to your lower self

Temptation is not a battle of repression,its not about "oh I wish could do that etc"its about rechannelling your urge to your higher self...valuing yourself more

When you learn to value and appreciate the total you and give dominion to your higher self you will realize that you are too important to ever be off duty

Giving in to the temptation you know or you understand you should not is not a tragedy making it the norm,dulling your sensitivity to it is

Falling is not the real issue not realizing you are down or wanting to stay down is

Take comfort in knowing that G-D created you ,knows your inner wars and has given you an obstacle course to greatness.You are wired to handle it and win,you just have to want to and realize that you are worth the unrelenting effort

Whether one is religiously observant or not giving in to ones baser desires or resigning oneself to the supposed overpowering strength of ones baser desires is the surest way to deny ones higher self ..expression.

When we deny our higher self ...expression then there is only one direction left and that is down.

If our bodies were supposed to lead the way then we would do what our bodies our homo sapien 'animal selves demand and that is focus only on the survival instinct and we would not do anything that contradicts that instinct for survival
YET
We see that so many people religious and not.. do so many things that contradict the survival instinct ,for example

Give beyond ones means at times to the impoverished

Risking our lives for friends and family

Allowing people to gain an advantage over us because we feel they need it more than we do

Soldiers and others giving up their lives to save their comrades

Taking the blame for certain things to keep the peace and move on

Forgiving those that have harmed us etc etc

No matter what you think you believe in people are clearly a lot more than their bodies and for that reason alone allowing our higher selves expression should be an imperative to explore at the very least what could be, how high we could reach

Do yourself a favor and start realizing that your baser desires are not the real you they are just a test to see how much you really want to find ,experience and gift the world with the beautiful Divine true eternal real YOU

Fight for yourself G-D thinks you are worth the effort so should you

Hope-the Ner Tamid that can never be extinguished

People and Nations give up when they see no hope especially when leaders and others feed that which denies hope

When you take hope away from people you take life away

When you give hope to people you give them a "WHY" and when they connect to that 'WHY" they become unbeatable Juggernauts that no enemy can take down because they will keep coming back ,keep fighting, keep growing until that hope becomes reality

So leaders who take away hope who are "realistically" bleak are not leaders but weak and drain the nation

People who dont deny the present challenges and dangers but never stop injecting and empowering every moment with hope will bring their nation to greatness and make their nation unbeatable no matter what they have to go through

Israels hope has always been G-D that is why after centuries of enduring more than any other nation against all odds, against all empirical data we are still around

For Hope is who we are and hope is G-D for indeed we are all facets of the Reality that is G-D

Time to be the Van Helsing to the hope vampires and shine bright with hope ..the Ner Tamid that can never be extinguished

The Possible Impossibility

There are those, and I am one of them, who frequently say if 600 years ago you were to tell people that we would be flying, that travelling to another country would not mean years apart but rather mere hours ,that we could communicate with people not only thousands of miles away but even as far as the moon and we eventually receive data from probes that are now billions of miles away etc ad infinitum, would not those people call you mad or some even burn you at the stake for witchcraft or heresy?

I want to sharpen the point by mixing things up, imagine that all the achievements I have mentioned above and the millions more that could be enumerated were where we were at 600 years ago....now take this in as this is a paradigm shift which then begs the question.. can you even begin to contemplate where we would be right now?....exciting ..amazing...game changing

So that which 600 years ago was impossible has been made possible by us today and if 600 years ago we were instead at where we are at today then today and every day hereafter becomes the possible impossibility

These impossibilities were only achieved because there were people who jumped out of their boxes and dared to believe and transcend what people thought they knew

For what is logic it is merely the extent of what you know or think you know at any one time.600 years ago "logically"noone could communicate with someone thousands of miles away in mere seconds,yet today we get annoyed when the call does not connect quick enough.Logically the sales force tells the new guy you cant sell in December, in winter sales are down people are just not interested thats the way its been for years.The new guy showing his record sales for the "dead" month said'Sorry I did not know I was not supposed to sell" in other words what he knew was that he could sell, he was not imprisoned and poisoned by the complacent resignation of the others who" logically" knew ,you just cant sell much in December.

Lose the blinding cataracts of logic and probability for that all changes when you learn more and open yourself up to more .So be illogical , be uncommon, be unreasonable live in your discomfort zone be open to everything attached to nothing and if that" everything" is G-D you and your life will become no matter your age the possible impossibility

Some say that knowledge is power, I would suggest that who you become with the knowledge you have gained is your true G-d given power

The difference between managing and mastering is stamina.Tap into the unbreakable willpower,which resonates in your soul and when you open yourself up to connecting to the limitless source of power which is the Reality that is G-D you will find the stamina that will get you the mastery that has always been within your reach

Misunderstandings are mis-sed understandings and the only way to redress them is through the willingness to understand and to strive to understand more in the future.Understanding does not mean agreement but the willingness to connect and realize that there are other different people in the world and makes a future possible.

Always remember who you truly are and then noone will be able to drag you to where you should not be

Those who blame are the ones who stay the same ,those who take responsibility find proactive possibility

3.How many times have thanked G-D today?

4.How many times have you stopped to consider the gift of each second of breath,sight,smell,hearing,taste,movement,being able to eat ,walk ,talk,read,have a roof over ones head.. ad infinitum and then added up the seconds in each day multiplying them by the number of G-Ds daily gifts,multiplying them by the years of your life thus far (trillions of gifts)?

5.How many times have you actually considered what you are thanking people for (or should be thanking them for)and what from their perspective it might have taken for them to  do it?

6.How many times have you stopped before reacting and considered the good people/the person you are interacting with  have done in general and for you?

7.How many times before  have you stopped before reacting and considered what the person/people you are interacting with mean to you?

8.How many times have you not said thank you because you thought"thats their job","they should be doing  that"," I deserve it"?

9.How many times have you not said thank you when you should have because you were angry,jealous,frustrated,annoyed etc with someone or in general?

10.How many times have you thanked  a loved one for doing things nicely,right,well,caringly ,with thought, effort consideration etc over the times you picked them out ,corrected them etc?..In other words how does your daily positive/negative balance sheet  look

11.Have you  highlighted, emphasized,recognized, appreciated even small progress,achievement or do you withhold your praise  etc until they get the  exact result etc you think they should have?..In others do you recognize effort as well or only results?

12. Are more of your thoughts and deed focused on expectation or  appreciation?

13.Do you build people up or tear them down( for their own good)?

14.When  a potentially dangerous situation is avoided do you say" lucky me" ,do you ignore it and move on etc or do you consider and appreciate that it could have turned out differently and feel full of gratitude?

15.When a day runs smoothly do you just carry on as usual or do you at some point stop and consider that things could have turned out very differently but       G-D's providence gifted you  with a good day and do you allow joyous gratitude to fill your being?

16.Do you think firstly what others should do for you or do you think about what you can do for others?

17.Are you complacent ,resigned to life or do your pour your best into each moment?

18.Do you just pull off leaves or flowers from bushes and trees while walking past  them or do you at any time stop and appreciate their beauty ,ingenuity,what life might be like without them etc?

19.Do you see each new day as  a gift, a new lease on life that G-D has given you or do you groan with the burden of another day?
